If your child will be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2008 and resides in Florida, he or she may participate in the Florida Voluntary PreKindergarten (VPK) program. In order to enroll your child in the Voluntary PreKindergarten Program for four year olds:
- Download and fill out the application from the Early Learning Coalition of Jacksonville site. Click Here.
- Obtain a certified copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of State of Florida residency
- Please call the Early Learning Coalition for an appointment to complete the enrollment process at 904-208-2044.
- Take the application, child’s birth certificate and proof of residency to:
