Accreditations and Affiliations
The Cathedral School is accredited by Episcopal Diocese of Florida’s Board of Regents, and is currently working toward accreditation from several recognized early childhood organizations. We are currently in the self-study process for accreditation with the National Association of Education for Young Children (NAEYC). TCS is also a proud member of the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA). Currently, our professional memberships include the National Association of Episcopal Schools, the Diocese of Florida Board of Regents, NAEYC and NACCRRA. The Cathedral School is presently a licensed facility by the Stare of Florida Department of Children and Families and is in compliance with Duval County’s Department of Health and City of Jacksonville Fire Department regulations.
The Cathedral School is particularly proud of the high level of professional training represented by its faculty and staff. In addition to the plethora of certifications, degrees, talents, early childhood experiences and specialized trainings possessed amongst our team, we are most recognized for our energetic, undaunted commitment to your children, their well-being, development and learning. Our staff attends and participates in many continuing education opportunities, including re-certification processes, national certifications and first aid and CPR certifications.
