NOW ENROLLING FOR FALL PK 3 & VPK 4 - TELL FRIENDS & CO-WORKERS!

On behalf of Saint Johns Cathedral and The Cathedral School and Early Learning Center’s Board of Trustees, let me welcome you to the 2009-2010 school year.  We anticipate that this will be the best one ever!

Our Head of School Kristine Rodman and the faculty have been busy preparing for you.  You will see obvious improvements in the School’s playgrounds; and you will be pleased with the improvements in the classrooms as well.

During the year, there will be many opportunities for parents to participate with their children in Cathedral School events. I encourage you to participate as fully as you can: the rewards are rich. As ideas for improvement, or concerns, develop, please feel free to communicate them.

The Jessie Ball duPont Fund has underwritten a preliminary study which will be conducted this fall, to explore the possibility of expanding the Cathedral School beyond the Pre-K Four level. This is the first step along a rather lengthy path of discovery and evaluation. We look forward to exploring the possibilities, and will report to you periodically.

Thank you for entrusting your precious ones to the Cathedral School’s care!

Sincerely,

Susan E. Bancks

Chair, Cathedral School Board of Trustees
